This suit concerns two deeds executed by W.G. Streett and his wife, Woodie, to the Memphis, Helena and Louisiana Railway Company, and its successors and assigns. The company was succeeded by the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company. Both instruments were for land which adjoined the railroad in Lake Village, Arkansas.
