This appeal arises from a suit by Londa Foster Meaux, individually and as administratrix of the Succession of Dudley J. Meaux, Jr., against Wayne L. Adams for breach of an agreement to purchase real estate. The trial judge found Adams liable and awarded damages in the amount of $27,480. Adams has appealed.
