The defendant appeals from a decree of the trial court awarding to the plaintiff employee benefits under the Worker's Compensation Law. The sole issue presented is whether or not there is evidence in the record to support the holding of the trial court that the statute of limitations of one year had not run on the plaintiff's cause of action which was filed August 25, 1980.
