The plaintiffs, S.B. Franks, Ovid L. Cossey and wife, Linda A. Cossey, sued defendants Oscar Burks and wife Kathy Burks pursuant to T.C.A. § 16-11-106 to establish boundary lines and for damages. The Franks' land adjoins the Burks' property on the south and the Cossey land adjoins the Burks' land on the north.
