This is a suit by Citizens Bank & Trust Company of Plaquemine against Consolidated Terminal Warehouse, Inc., W.R. Thompson, Jr., and Scaffolding Rental & Erection Service, Inc. to collect a number of promissory notes and debts represented by invoices which were pledged to secure those notes.
