BERMAN, Judge.
Defendant appeals the trial court's judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $10,000, which amount represents plaintiff's deposit on furniture he never received from defendant corporation, plus interest from the date of the cancellation of the contract between plaintiff and defendant corporation.
