OPINION

KENNEDY, Justice.

This is an appeal by writ of error from an order modifying the managing and possessory conservator of a child. We affirm.

On October 9, 1979, appellant and appellee were granted a divorce. Pursuant to the divorce decree, appellant was named managing conservator of the couple's only child, Mario Barrera.
