This is an action to determine the rights under an insurance policy. Continental appeals from the April 16, 1984 summary judgment which found Carmen Reed to be covered under the policy. Continental denies coverage, claiming Reed is not an insured under the policy because none of the Reed vehicles were licensed, garaged, or being operated in Minnesota at the time of the accident.
