Plaintiffs brought wrongful death and personal injury actions against the estate of Debra Hanford, alleging that her negligent driving caused a head-on collision. Plaintiffs' actions were consolidated for trial on the issue of liability alone, and a jury found that Hanford had not been driving at the time of the accident.
