This is a breach of warranty action involving the application of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Plaintiff-buyer, who is engaged in the sale of plastic auxiliary fuel tanks for diesel-powered passenger cars, brought the action against defendant-seller, a corporation, which manufactures roto-molded plastic products.
