GIBSON, Justice.

The Vermont District Court, Unit No. 5, Washington Circuit, found defendant to be a person in need of treatment and, pursuant to the involuntary treatment provisions of 13 V.S.A. §§ 4814-4822, ordered defendant committed to the care and custody of the Commissioner of Mental Health for a period of 90 days. The order of the district court is vacated.
