OPINION

ROBERT L. CARTER, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Gail Davis, worked as an "executive assistant" to defendant Diana Ross, a nationally known singer and actress, from January to November, 1982. Plaintiff alleges that she resigned from her employment voluntarily. She further alleges that on or about October 11, 1983, defendant wrote and publicly disseminated the following letter:
