Appellant Linda Mabbs Clark (now Linda Mabbs Hunt), appeals a decision of the trial judge denying her Motion to Reduce Arrearages to Judgment, for Specific Performance, and Other Equitable Relief on the ground that the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction. Appellee, John Oren Clark, agrees with appellant that the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction to consider the motion, but asserts that the ruling was not error because of other grounds...
