(1) Operating an animal shelter in Jefferson Parish; (2) Using the term "Jefferson" in its name; (3) Actively picking up stray, abandoned, unwanted and allegedly abused animals; (4) The unlawful adopting out of animals without first obtaining them from the Jefferson...
