YELVERTON, Judge.

The plaintiffs, 42 landowners, brought this action to recover damages to their property allegedly caused by the defendant's military demolition exercises. The trial court awarded judgment in favor of 26 of them in the total amount of $137,035.66, and dismissed the suit as to the 16 other plaintiffs. From that judgment the defendant appeals.
