This appeal involves a determination of whether the dissolution of the marriage between Helen Lamb, plaintiff-appellee, and W.C. Lamb, defendant-appellant, was caused by the fault of Mrs. Lamb, thereby precluding her from receiving permanent alimony pursuant to La.C.C. Art. 160. The other issue of this appeal is the validity of a pre-marital contract between the parties that waived a community property regime and established separate property regimes...
