COATS, Judge.

Donald Huitt was convicted, following a jury trial, of attempted murder in the second degree, AS 11.41.110 and AS 11.31.100, assault in the fourth degree, AS 11.41.230, and burglary in the first degree, AS 11.46.300(a)(2). Superior Court Judge Thomas E. Schulz sentenced Huitt to fifteen years for attempted murder in the second degree, nine months consecutive to the attempted murder charge for assault in the fourth degree, and six years...
