GLASSMAN, Justice.

The Maine Unemployment Insurance Commission (Commission) appeals from a Superior Court, Kennebec County, judgment reversing the Commission's decision that the plaintiff, Walter Snell, left his employment voluntarily within the meaning of 26 M.R.S.A. § 1193(1)(A) (Supp. 1983-1984).1 We reverse the judgment of the Superior Court and affirm the decision of the Commission....
