This timely appeal arises for review from proceedings in the trial court wherein the trial court denied appellant's motion to suppress his confession and a subsequent jury trial resulted in convictions of aggravated murder in violation of R.C. 2903.01 and aggravated robbery in violation of R.C. 2911.01.
