Jerry and Judy Archer were convicted of conspiring to embezzle funds from a federally insured bank. 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 656 (1976). Judy was also convicted of four substantive counts of embezzlement, 18 U.S.C. § 656, and Jerry was convicted of four counts of aiding and abetting. 18 U.S.C. §§ 2, 656.
