Autry seeks in his third federal habeas application a certificate of probable cause and stay of execution. Persuaded that there is neither a "question of substance" nor a "substantial showing of the denial of [a] federal right" the application is denied. Barefoot v. Estelle, ___ U.S. ___, 103 S.Ct. 3383, 3394, 77 L.Ed.2d 1090 (1983).
