Eunice Henderson Murren appeals from that portion of a summary judgment which removes from record her claim to an undivided one-third interest in real property, the title to which was quieted in E. Ralph Foster, who appeals from that portion of the judgment which decrees that he take nothing on his claim for damages from Mrs. Murren for slander of title. Concluding that Foster established his entitlement to summary judgment quieting his title...
