OPINION

OSBORN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for burglary of a habitation. The jury assessed punishment at fifty years imprisonment. We affirm.

Appellant contends that the court erred in denying his request for a continuance and in forcing him to proceed to trial with counsel not of his own choosing.
