Appellant Eric Balenger was convicted of second degree murder (felony murder) in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.19(2) (1982). Appellant claims the State's case was insufficient to sustain his conviction. He also contends items were improperly seized and admitted into evidence and claims he was denied a fair trial because of the admission of prejudicial evidence.
