The appellant, the County of Lincoln, Nebraska (County), appeals from an order entered by the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations (CIR) setting and adjusting wages for certain members of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Employees Association, Local 546, International Brotherhood of Police Officers (Union), employed by the County in its sheriff's office.
