James S. McMorrow was awarded disability benefits under the Social Security Act effective May 5, 1968. The finding of disability was based on medical evidence which established that McMorrow had frequent grand mal epileptic seizures, partially controlled by medication, and a serious back injury resulting in limitation of motion and pain.
