Appellant was convicted in the Municipal Court of the City of El Paso for violation of a municipal traffic ordinance and was assessed a $200.00 fine. The County Court at Law No. 2 dismissed the appeal based on a finding that the notice of appeal was premature. The Court of Appeals of El Paso upheld the decision of the county court, agreeing that the appeal had not been properly perfected...
