The appellant, Lee Thomas Barnes, was convicted at a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Garrett County of arson, breaking and entering, and malicious destruction. He was sentenced to a total of 15 years imprisonment. On appeal, he contends that several errors occurred during the course of his trial.
