OPINION

OSBORN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The jury assessed punishment at sixteen years imprisonment. We affirm.

On August 21, 1981, the Appellant together with Fernando Almanzar, Oscar Alvarado and Saul Alvarado drove to Fabens, Texas, from their nearby homes in San Elizario.
