This case raises two issues. First, did the seizure of a photograph belonging to a nondefendant taint subsequent evidence obtained with the assistance of the photograph. Secondly, may a juvenile be constitutionally denied a right to jury trial in a delinquency proceeding where his wardship and consequent loss of freedom depends upon proof beyond a reasonable doubt...
