Donald Whitt Bennett was convicted of murder and sentenced to ten years confinement. Because we find that his right of self-defense as presented to the jury in the charge was improperly limited by an inapplicable charge on the law of defense of a third person, we reverse the judgment and remand the cause for a new trial.
