Plaintiffs, Ike Shaw, Jr. (Shaw), an employee of the City of Colorado Springs, and his daughter Chrystal Lynn Shaw, appeal the trial court judgment dismissing their claims against defendant, City of Colorado Springs (City). We affirm.
