This appeal arises from an action brought by James E. Anderson against Stephen Blair to recover for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Blair moved to dismiss the action, claiming that a valid settlement had been reached. The trial court denied the motion. Judgment was entered against Blair pursuant to the jury's verdict. Blair moved for an order reducing the judgment to accord with the claimed pre-trial settlement...
