This appeal arises from a bill of review proceeding. The jury trial resulted in a verdict favoring the petitioner for bill of review, Kenneth Jay Galaznik, appellee herein; the trial court entered judgment on the verdict and set aside the original divorce decree. Subsequently, the trial court conducted hearings on the issues of the divorce decree, pronouncing the dissolution of the marriage, deciding conservatorship and child support...
