The instant appeal is from Aaron Jones's second trial for capital murder, pursuant to § 13-11-2(a)(10), Code of Alabama 1975, for his participation in the double murder of Willene and Carl Nelson, both of whom died from a combination of gunshot wounds and multiple knife wounds inflicted during the early morning hours of November 10, 1978.
