TERRY, Associate Judge:

In this medical malpractice action a doctor appeals from a Superior Court judgment on a verdict in favor of his patient. We hold that because the plaintiff, Mrs. Shepard, offered no evidence of the standard of care owed to her by Dr. Meek, she failed to establish a prima facie case. Consequently, we must reverse the trial court's denial of the doctor's motion for a directed verdict and remand with directions to enter judgment for Dr. Meek....
