This is an appeal by three brothers, Thomas, Guadalupe and Julian Lopez, who stand convicted of burglary. The principal issue is whether the jury that convicted them was drawn from a fair cross section of the community. We also are asked to decide whether the trial court erred by failing to suppress evidence seized during searches of an automobile, by allowing testimony from witnesses whose identities had not been disclosed before trial, and by refusing...
