¶ Plaintiff seeks to recover the sum of $112,004.67 on a fire insurance policy issued by defendant Lumber Mutual Insurance Company in September, 1981 covering a lumberyard owned by plaintiff located in the City of Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County. For at least five years prior to 1981, defendant had provided fire insurance to plaintiff.
