DONALD RUSSELL, Circuit Judge:

Alvin Mitchell and Terry Mitchell were convicted of conspiracy to distribute heroin, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1). In addition, Alvin Mitchell was convicted on three counts, and Terry Mitchell on two counts, of distribution of heroin in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1) and 18 U.S.C. § 2.
