Selden ("Selden"), instituted this diversity action on October 8, 1980 against Honeywell Information Systems, Inc. ("Honeywell"), a Delaware corporation. Plaintiffs seek damages for fraud, negligence, and breach of contract arising out of the sale by Honeywell of computer hardware and software to AccuSystems...
