Melvin Alexander appeals from a default judgment by which the 243rd District Court of El Paso terminated his parental rights to his son. The appeal challenges the authority of the judge of the 327th District Court of El Paso County to act in the proceeding, the legal sufficiency of the evidence, alleged defects in the appointment of the guardian ad litem, the lack of notice and a disregard of a demand for a jury.
