This is a worker's compensation dispute. The trial court awarded the plaintiff, Lucille Millet, 100 weeks of disability payments in the amount of $163 per week under our Louisiana Revised Statute 23:1221(4)(p), worker's compensation for an injury sustained in the course and scope of her employment with the defendant, Container Corporation of America.
