Plaintiffs1 bring this action for payment under three residential insurance policies issued under the Federal Crime Insurance Program. Plaintiffs filed claims for losses suffered in a December 13, 1978 burglary of their adjoining dwellings. Payment on the policies was refused after investigations suggested there were elements of fraud in the claims.
