BOUTALL, Judge.

This case arises from an automobile collision in which the plaintiff, Drew Pizzo, was injured and subsequently lost the sight of his left eye. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff one of the insurer defendants has appealed.

The accident occurred on February 2, 1980 in Metairie at an intersection governed by four-way stop signs. Pizzo was proceeding west on Seventeenth Street and had pulled out into Severn after stopping at the stop sign...
