Appellant Harry Thomas was convicted after a jury trial of one count of transporting fraudulently obtained money in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2314 and 2 ("Count 9") and one count of conspiracy to commit bank fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 371 and 1014 ("Count 10").
