Plaintiffs, principal and income beneficiaries of various testamentary trusts, by rule to show cause sought to have removed Roland A. Breaux and Guyton H. Watkins, as trustee and trust attorney, respectively. By consent judgment, the action against Guyton H. Watkins was dismissed.
