Defendant was convicted of burglary in the second degree and was sentenced to imprisonment for three years with an 18-month mandatory minimum. He assigns as errors the admission of evidence of a prior conviction to impeach his credibility,1 the admission of evidence of other bad acts and the denial of two motions for mistrial.
