This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of the Seventh Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Dawson, involving Harold Gehnert and Lina Brenner. Each of the plaintiffs/appellants sued the defendants, and their lawsuits were combined for trial.
