¶ By order entered November 14, 1979, defendant's conviction for criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree was reversed and a new trial ordered (People v Greenwaldt, 72 A.D.2d 836). With the filing of this order, defendant's statutory and constitutional rights to a speedy trial were triggered (CPL 30.30, subd 5, par [a]).
