¶ Plaintiff and defendants were partners in a law firm in the Town of Clifton Park, Saratoga County. The partnership, which became operative January 1, 1974, was created by an oral agreement. On September 6, 1976, plaintiff withdrew from the partnership, taking with him certain files, furniture, books and various office equipment, without the consent of the other partners. By phone the next day, plaintiff confirmed to defendants that he had withdrawn from the partnership...
